Alex’s primary focus is keeping you active and giving you the tools to take your health into your own hands. He incorporates diversified chiropractic technique, dynamic cupping and active care strategies to help you meet your desired goals. His primary objectives of care are pain management, improving functional capacity and mitigating the risk of future injury.
Alex graduated in 2019 with a Doctor of Chiropractic degree from University of Western States in Portland, OR. Before pursuing chiropractic he earned a degree in Human Kinetics from Trinity Western University in Langley, B.C. and gained experience as a student athletic therapist, student massage therapist, certified personal trainer, volunteer running coach and national strength and conditioning coach.
Growing up in Delta, B.C. he discovered his passion for the mountains and ocean, so Vancouver Island seemed like a natural choice to continue his adventure and to establish his career in health and wellness. When Alex is not in the clinic you will likely find him hiking, golfing or at the hockey rink as the Cowichan Capitals Junior A Hockey Team Chiropractor.
